Since 2006, on our own production and technical base, we have been producing and supplying crane equipment: gearboxes, electric motors for cranes and crane-metallurgical DC.

The existing fleet of equipment allows you to perform the following work:

• Gear hobbing up to module 24 (maximum workpiece diameter up to 2200 mm);
• Gear hobbing (cutting bevel and globoid gears with a circular tooth, the largest diameter of the workpiece is 800mm);
• Gear shaping up to module 10 (maximum machining diameter up to 500 mm cutter stroke 100mm)
• Slotting maximum diameter 1500mm, height 600mm);
• Metal cutting on guillotine shears (metal thickness up to 20 mm and width up to 2000 mm);
• Cutting metal with plasma and gas cutting;
• Pressing (pressing force up to 400 ton-force);
• Heat treatment of metal (up to O 710 mm, length 1600 mm);

The thermal section allows you to perform: volumetric hardening of parts with a diameter of up to 710 mm, a length of up to 1600 mm; HDTV tooth shaft-gears and gears with a module up to 16 mm inclusive.

Metal structures of varying complexity weighing up to 6.3 tons are manufactured at the assembly and welding site. Before painting, the metal structures are sandblasted.

Enterprise "Energomekhkomplekt" performs gas-oxygen and plasma cutting of sheet metal on high-tech specialized CNC equipment - thermal cutting machine KOMETA -2M.

Computer-aided design of the location of parts on a plane, high cut cleanliness, minimization of tolerances for subsequent processing and minimum gaps between cut blanks are the key to saving this cutting method.

Specifications:

• maximum sheet size: 2500x8000 mm;
• cutting stroke: 8440mm;
• accuracy of reproduction of a given contour according to GOST 5614: ±0.35 mm;
• range of cut thicknesses: carbon steel - up to 300 mm;
• brass, aluminium, stainless steel - up to 25mm.

We accept drawings both in electronic form (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Compass) and in paper form (with subsequent digitization). It is also possible to manufacture a part "from a sample". The cost of digitizing a drawing or your finished product is calculated depending on the configuration of the part.
