Plasma cutting of metal

Enterprise "Energomekhkomplekt" performs gas-oxygen and plasma cutting of sheet metal on high-tech specialized equipment with CNC thermal cutting machine KOMET -2M. Computer-aided design of the location of parts on a plane, high cut cleanliness, minimization of tolerances for subsequent processing and minimum gaps between cut blanks are the key to saving this cutting method.

• accuracy of reproduction of a given contour according to GOST 5614: ±0.35 mm;
• range of cut thicknesses:

  • brass, aluminium, stainless steel - up to 25mm.

We accept drawings both in electronic form (AutoCAD , SolidWorks, Compass) and in paper form (with subsequent digitization). It is also possible to manufacture a part "from a sample". The cost of digitizing a drawing or your finished product is calculated depending on the configuration of the part.
